International Shipping:
We ship all over the world! To see what it will cost to ship your International Order, simply add items to your cart and select your country at checkout. Please note that the shipping costs calculated online reflect pricing through the United States Postal Service for First-Class Shipping (for orders up to 4 pounds) or Priority Shipping (for orders up to 66 pounds). We do use a different carrier in some cases, and it is often more affordable to ship your order. In cases where the shipping cost is less than what you were charged, we will happily refund you the difference. For large items such as kilns and equipment, or for bulk orders, you should create a list online and then email or call us so that we can calculate accurate shipping costs for you. Important to understand: All import duties, taxes, and any other shipping fees are the responsibility of you the cosignee. Sometimes the taxes are included in the shipping charges and other times your Country’s Customs office will hold your shipment for fees. Any import fees are not The Ceramic Shop’s responsibility.
Choosing the right shipping method for your order:
We offer multiple shipping options through our website in store pick up, local delivery, USPS and UPS ground. If you live outside of the US or require a USPS method of shipment please contact us and we will be happy to get you a price. If you are unsure of which shipping option to select please contact us at 814-768-8379 or contact us via email. On larger school orders we may need to ship via freight companies, any extra costs incurred from these companies may be passed on to the school, for example Limited access, or special services such as in building delivery. Please call for large shipments, 6 plus pallets or full truck loads so we can quote you an accurate price.
Taxes and Customs
Local taxes and customs duties usually apply and are added once your shipment reaches its destination. Please see your local authorities for more information. Pawley Studios does not know when additional charges such as additional brokerage fees will apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. You are responsible for following import regulations for your country. Refused or returned shipments in which Pawley Studios incurs additional shipping fees will be assessed on the return credit. Please do not request that we falsify your invoices, mark the order as a “gift” or suppress tariff codes and country-of-origin information.
How do we pack your order?
We wrap all of your orders in 1″ bubble wrap, with foam peanuts. This keeps your items safe and is so much shipper friendly for all over the world. The boxes are 100% recyclable, compostable, biodegradable and combines 100% recycled content or is Sustainable Forestry (SFI) certified.
