Each pie plate is thrown on the potters wheel by Amanda and Daniel Pawley.

Being handmade there are variations in the making and firing of the pottery piece. It will be uniquely yours. All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. The mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe. All pottery is handmade. Glazes do not contain lead. All pieces are microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. Please Allow 4-6 Weeks for Delivery. Every Piece is MADE TO ORDER.

Absolutely LOVE IT!!!

This pie plate is the exact right size with sides thin enough to bake a pie perfectly but not so thin I have to be too delicate with it:) It's beautiful and I can't wait to bake more with it.

Excellent baking dish

LOVE my Pawley pie plates...If you want to up your pie game, don't wait, just buy one. The dish is definitely beautiful.. but that isn't why I like it, much more concerned with performance and durability. The shape is deep enough to make a good-sized pie (I personally hate shallow pie plates that end up being more crust than filling) the sides are straight-up vertical, and the flutes around the edge make decorating it simple.
The stoneware is heavy and dense enough to hold heat very well and gets the crust of whatever I am baking nice and crispy, way better than glass or the crap Chinese ceramics. It is very very easy to clean, the glazed finish is extremely slippery, and stuff doesn't stick. I tend to use it for baking most anything in our little toaster oven.. cornbread almost daily, baked fish, paella, chicken, you name it... (the picture I shared is baked halibut) :) JUST ORDER ONE/THREE you won't be sorry.

Beautiful piece

I got this as a gift for my mom and she loves it. When she isn't baking a pie, she has it set out on the counter as a display piece.
